Workshop Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with complete booking form.

• Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the workshop. For bookings made less than 7 days before the commencement of the workshop, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by email on receipt of your deposit or full payment along with details of the workshop.

• We are unable to accept bookings from persons under 18 years old

• If the client is a ‘no show’ then no refund to the client is applicable.

• If it is necessary for you to cancel your booking then please inform us in writing or email as soon as possible. It will not be possible to refund cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the date of the workshop.

• Should it be necessary for us to cancel or postpone a workshop, we will endeavour to move the workshop to an alternative date. If you are unable to attend this alternative date, then a full refund of the monies paid will be made – cancellation due to under booking or Force Majeure
o Under booking: where the minimum bookings have not been met
o Force Majeure: unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control: illness or circumstance: for example: war, threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, flood or adverse weather.

• PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ATTEND THE WORKSHOP ENTIRELY AT YOU OWN RISK.

• Anna McKenzie does not accept liability or responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or death incurred whilst attending a workshop, any claims shall be subject to English law.

• The client must communicate any perceived failure in the performance of this contract at the time so the leader may be given the opportunity to achieve a satisfactory solution. If this is not possible then you should make your complaint in writing within 28 days of the completion of the workshop.

• A reasonable level of fitness is required for most workshops as walking may be involved. It is recommended that clients have their own Public Liability Insurance.

• By attending a workshop I hereby give permission for images of myself to be used to promote Anna McKenzie workshops or for any media purpose which may include among others; advertising, promotion, marketing the services.

• By completing the booking form you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
For all workshops a deposit of £50 is required.
